Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Carrots:
  • Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water.
  • Use a vegetable brush to scrub off any dirt.
  • Peel the carrots if they are non-organic.
  • Cut them into small pieces (about 2-3 inches) for easy blending or juicing.
  • Juice or Blend:
  • Using a Juicer:
  • Feed the carrot pieces into the juicer one at a time.
  • Collect the extracted juice in a container.
  • Using a Blender:
  • Place the chopped carrots in a blender.
  • Add ½ cup of water to help with blending.
  • Blend until smooth and thick.
  • Strain the Juice (Blender Method Only):
  • Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl.
  • Press the pulp with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
  • For a smoother juice, strain a second time.
  • Serve and Enjoy:
  • Pour the fresh carrot juice into a glass.
  • Serve immediately over ice or chill for 15-20 minutes.

Notes
