  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ tsp rose water
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • Toppings & Garnish:
  • ¼ cup pistachios chopped
  • 1 pinch saffron strands
  • 1 tbsp dried rose petals optional
  • ¼ cup white chocolate melted (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chocolate:
  • Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces for even melting.
  • Melt the chocolate using a double boiler (placing a heatproof bowl over simmering water) or in a microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval.
  • Once smooth, stir in sweetened condensed milk, rose water, and sea salt until well combined.
  • Assemble the Chocolate Bars:
  • Line a baking tray or mold with parchment paper.
  • Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the tray, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Add the Toppings:
  • Sprinkle the chopped pistachios, saffron strands, and dried rose petals over the soft chocolate.
  • For an elegant touch, drizzle melted white chocolate over the top (optional).
  • Set and Cut:
  • Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate is fully hardened.
  • Once set, break into irregular pieces or cut into bars for a polished look.
