  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat & Prepare the Pan
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Mash the Bananas & Mix Wet Ingredients
  • In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until mostly smooth.
  • Mix in honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter until well combined.
  • Mix the Dry Ingredients
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients
  • Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients.
  • Stir until just combined (do not overmix).
  • If using optional add-ins, gently fold them in.
  • Bake the Bread
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
